Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your treatment cost. This amount will be billed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Credit card processing fees and online booking convenience fees are non-refundable. These fees will be issued as a credit to the client's spa account for future use.

Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of your treatment cost. This amount will be billed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

A credit card is required at the time of booking in order to maintain this policy.
